The staff was excellent. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the gentleman that checked us in. We arrived about 10:30am knowing check-in was not until 4pm. We went to let them know we had arrived fully expecting to check our luggage with the bell staff and wander around town. We were surprised when he told us our room was already ready. It just made the day easier. The bell staff opened the door for us every time we left or returned to the hotel. The rooms were big and the bathroom was very large with a large shower and 2 sinks. Even though we had a short stay, the rooms were very comfortable and the staff was excellent.

We spent our first night being married here and another night before going on honeymoon. We loved the luxurious accommodations, having room service as needed, the rooftop pool and bar, and the ability to relax. They even gave us a free bottle of champagne to celebrate our marriage!

it is a beautiful hotel! The hotel staff are amazing. The staff in the rebelle lounge were unfriendly and hateful. It is a little loud in your room at night being that it is downtown.
